Basket Weaving 101

Saturday, February 19th, 2022
9:00 - 2:00

Join us February 19th to learn the basics of basket making or refine your weaving skills as we create a Market Basket! Market Baskets were traditionally used to gather items from the garden and make a handsome container for modern-day items or as home decor.

Your finished basket will measure 8 inches wide x 11 inches long with a 12-inch tall handle (measured from basket bottom to the top of the handle). You also will have the option to add embellishments to your basket for a beautiful spring theme!

All tools and materials are provided by the Historic Ramsey House. Cost of the class is $45 ($40 for HRH Members).
