Lecture Series: “Pigs & Hickory: A Southern Barbecue Seminar”

From the yellow sauces of South Carolina, to the white sauces of Northern Alabama, Fred Sauceman  will be talking about the history, culture and flavors of Southern barbecue. Ridgewood Barbecue (1948) was established by the Proffitt family, a “pork smoking clan” and their sauce. This lecture concludes with a Barbecue dinner and book signing by Mr. Sauceman. Tickets are $35 ($30 for members). Please RSVP by March 23rd.
